How I work
Most of my career has been inside someone else’s team. Six years at Webnus meant their roadmap, their stakeholders and their priorities, with me owning search inside that.
Day to day I work AI-native. Claude Code does most of the building and checking, a second model reviews it, and nothing that goes live or spends money ships without a person’s yes. The detail is on the AI search page.
I write the process down: voice rules for writing, Claude skills for repeat work, and a log of what went out.
