About

About me

Portrait of Saeed Shahriar
Bali, IndonesiaUTC+8

Hey, I’m Saeed. Senior SEO specialist, white-label by default.

I'm a Senior SEO Specialist with six years of global remote experience, based in Bali (UTC+8). Most of that time I was embedded in a North American WordPress product company, owning technical SEO, content and CRO end-to-end. Before that I ran content strategy for Iran's largest ISP.

I went independent at the start of 2026, after six years inside one product team. The work itself has not changed: senior SEO, owned end to end, delivered to someone else's priorities and someone else's stakeholders. What changed is whose logo goes on the report. You keep the client relationship, and everything I deliver carries your brand.

Persian native, full professional English. I worked EST hours for six years and I'm now in Bali, which covers the Australian day and the European morning.

A time zone that works for AU and Europe.

Bali is UTC+8: full overlap with Australian business hours and your European morning. Async-first, with clear written updates.

AI-augmented, human-checked.

Custom audit and reporting workflows cut turnaround by 40%. The analysis and the judgement are still mine.

Ways to work together

How agencies bring me in

No rate card: scope drives price. Tell me the client, scope and deadline and you'll have a written quote within two working days.

One project

Fixed quote, fixed scope, fixed date:

  • Technical audits
  • Migrations
  • Core Web Vitals sprints
  • Schema rollouts
  • A second opinion on someone else's audit

Best when you want to see how I work before you commit a retainer to me.

Ongoing white-label

Monthly retainer or an hourly overflow rate:

  • Overflow capacity
  • Technical implementation
  • Content strategy and briefs
  • Reporting in your template
  • On client calls as your team, only if you ask

Two weeks notice either way, and a written handover if we ever stop.

The commercial bits

  • Mutual contract and an NDA, if you want one, signed before I touch any access
  • Retainers invoiced monthly in arrears; projects invoiced per milestone
  • Paid by bank transfer or PayPal, and Western Union or crypto if that suits you better
  • Written quote within two working days of the call
  • Two weeks notice either way on retainers, with a written handover

If your finance team needs particular paperwork, tell me on the call and I will have it ready before we start.

Process

How white-label works with me

Four steps, no surprises. You keep the relationship; I keep the work moving.

  1. 1

    Brief

You share the client, the goals, constraints and access. NDA signed if you want one, and I never contact your clients directly.

  2. 2

    Audit & roadmap

Technical and content audit, prioritised by impact and effort, formatted in your template so it can go straight to the client.

  3. 3

    Execute

I ship the fixes and the content plan with your developers and writers, or hands-on in WordPress when that's faster.

  4. 4

    Report under your brand

Looker Studio dashboards, monthly summaries and, when useful, I join client calls as part of your team.

Need senior SEO capacity this quarter?

I take on a small number of agency partners at a time so every client gets senior attention. If you have overflow now, let’s talk this week.

FAQ

Questions agencies usually ask

Yes. I went independent at the start of 2026 and I currently work white-label for agencies in Australia and South East Asia. Those engagements are under NDA, so I can describe the work but not name the clients. What is not new is working inside someone else's structure: six years at Webnus owning SEO to their priorities, their process and their stakeholders. White-label is the same job with your logo on the deck. If it helps, I'm happy to put you on a call with the person I reported to there.

You stay the agency of record. I work behind your brand: audits, roadmaps, implementation notes and reports are delivered in your template, and I'm happy to sign an NDA. I never contact your clients directly, unless you'd like me on calls as part of your team, which I'm glad to do.

Everything runs under a mutual contract, with an NDA if you want one, signed before I get access to anything. Retainers are invoiced monthly in arrears; projects are invoiced per milestone. I take bank transfer or PayPal, and Western Union or crypto if either suits your finance team better. If they need particular paperwork or a specific payment method, tell me on the call and I'll have it sorted before we start.

A fair question, and the honest risk of hiring one person instead of a team. Three things. Retainers carry two weeks notice both ways, so you're never surprised. Holidays are flagged at least a month ahead and that month's work is delivered before I go. And everything is documented as we go, in your tools and your template, so if you ever need to hand it to someone else there is nothing locked in my head. I take a small number of partners at a time precisely so nobody gets deprioritised when something bigger turns up.

I'm in Bali (UTC+8). That gives full overlap with Australian business hours and a solid overlap with the European morning and early afternoon. For North American teams I've worked EST overlap for six years. Day-to-day I work async-first with clear written updates, so nothing waits on a meeting.

For an audit: Search Console and GA4 access (or an export), a crawl or CMS access, and the client's commercial goals. For a retainer: the same, plus your reporting template and whoever handles dev and content on your side. Most engagements start within a week of the scoping call.

Fixed quotes for one-off projects such as audits, migrations and Core Web Vitals sprints; monthly retainers for ongoing white-label work; and an hourly overflow rate for ad-hoc capacity. There's no public rate card because scope drives price. You'll have a written quote within two working days of a call.

Yes. Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Jira, Google Workspace, your report templates and your QA process. I adapt to how your agency runs rather than the other way round.

I own the strategy: keyword research, cluster maps, briefs and on-page optimisation, and I'll coordinate with your writers. Link building is scoped per project, outreach plans and digital-PR angles included. Long-form copywriting itself is best left with your writers or scoped separately.

It's part of the standard playbook. I structure content for AI Overviews and answer engines (clear answers, citations, statistics, entity-rich pages), track AI citations, and fold it into the same monthly report, so your agency can talk credibly about AI search with clients.

Add a senior SEO to your agency, without the hire.

Tell me the client, the scope and the deadline. I reply within one working day, with a written quote within two. If you don’t need me, I’ll say so, and it won’t cost you anything.
